Eleanor at 17 Weeks: Forward Momentum

Whoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA! Hold up! Who told you it was ok to move?!

Who, me?
Who, me?

Yeah, YOU, Miss Mobility and Independence. What’s the big idea? First you roll over, all innocent and cute-like. Then, suddenly, you’re doing multiple rolls: back-front-back-front-where-did-the-baby-go-has-anyone-seen-the-baby??? And now! What is with the strong, frequent and semi-successful attempts at crawling?

What, this?
What, this?

Yeah, that. God help me. Zoey started crawling at 4 months old (Four. Months.) and now this one seems bound and determined to do just the same.

Aw, shucks, ma. That's just my downward dog. I'm a yogi not a baby!

While we’re on the topic of milestones:

I can hold toys! And nom them! nom nom nom. Toys!
I can hold toys! And nom them! nom nom nom. Toys!

Yes, Eleanor is rather pleased with herself this week:
