In an effort to remember all the funny, cute things they do, I’m going to try to write one post for each girl every week. Zoey will be on Tuesdays and Eleanor on Fridays, because those are the days they were born and my hyper-organized control-freak brain just loves that kind of symmetry.
This week will be an exception, of course, due to our delicious holiday of thankful turkeys (wait, that’s probably not right…) and the fact that we will be driving approximately 4,672 miles through 3 states with a newly potty trained toddler and a newborn tomorrow. Thoughts on our sanity, anyone?
So without further ado: Highlights from Zoey this week include:
Spinning in circles in the kitchen until you ran head first into the fridge. And then more spinning. You said you were dizzy, only you think the word is “bizzy.”
Saying the word music as “mooz-gick” just like I did as a toddler.
Singing the entire ABC’s all by yourself (with no prompting from I can’t share any proof of this however, because this moment of inspiration unfortunately struck while you were sitting on the potty. Of course.
Your bottom right 2 year old molar is just barely starting to break through the surface of the gums, making you much more fussy and tired and slightly clingy. Which I don’t mind in the least because I love your cuddles and you napped for 2.5 hours on Saturday!! I do feel bad for you though.
Apparently a “giant octopus” lives on our kitchen table. I have no idea where this came from.
Swaddled like baby Eleanor. She liked this for about 12 seconds and then “Out! Out!”
